From the thicket of claims I see otherwise surrounding poor Rainer Tracksnarl, I suspect it's simply that your exchanges ran into the "too much data around" sort of troubles, not really losing anything nor just closing for no reason but simply clientside fail through sensory overload. Maybe pick your CR and/or anything else, move away from Rainer Tracksnarl for a while to let the claims finally expire, then try to exchange again in a less crowded environment and let me know how it goes?
