If you want only to re-open an existing exchange, click on the corresponding line in that notifications window. Obviously, once an exchange is closed (cancelled or gone through, regardless) you can't re-visit it, all you can do is indeed open a new one.
[18:33] Diana Coman: myeah, that's the thing, the stocking is entirely left up to the supermarket and usually just a favourite/most-convenient one, at that. If there's some disruption and the supermarket is out of whatever item one day, most end up running around without any of it (and most likely going for a take-away/similar) because that's about as far as their own actual self-reliance goes - at best the current day, if even that.
