mircea_popescu: anyway, kinda proud of myself, priced ~45 items or so. specifically and everything (not counting the bps) [08:29]

diana_coman: I actually seem to get more grass than I put in when using the imps, but it's still such a slow progress that it's not really any solution so far; at this stage I can see only 2 solutions: either some pop or someone with lower skills to get higher quantities since low q cft is in fact quite all right for high-volume mining [08:35]
diana_coman: and funnily enough, I get ordinaries of almost anything else (sr! rf!) but not much of cft, lol [08:36]

diana_coman: last time I had a noob around I got him to make cft out of my grass, so there are several avenues really [09:38]

mircea_popescu: of course, what's the gain... he makes more low q, you could just use fewer high q per small. [09:40]
diana_coman: well, it depends on whether he ends up positive overall for one thing and for the other it gives you another option basically; high q thread might be too high q (low bounded) while low q might be too low q (high bounded) for building but I find it best to have both - just different purpose [09:43]
diana_coman: (i.e. will build a small canine with 7 high q, but I might prefer to build a small grass with 1 low q [09:43]

birdman: yeah but its sustainable, so more people means more grass per person or whatever [10:50]
danielpbarron: i'd say 7 low q is better than 1 high (assuming they come out to same bundle quality) because of the extra effort needed to make high quality things [11:28]
