diana_coman: I can try to get some breaks out then and see what happens; a bit earlier I kept now ending up with bundles only not because of taking them too fast, but rather because the "use" never got to combine too (looked again like some target lost, but there was no message on that either, so not sure) [12:27]

mircea_popescu: i did 18 clicks on an overloaded imp ch bundle (q 292, +3k decay from tools, +10k value of bp). [21:58]
mircea_popescu: i got 17 ch bps, 2 btoolkit bps, 2 pickaxe bps. [21:59]
mircea_popescu: the imps i got at 27.xk, which is roughly equivalent to q192 in the bundle. so 100\% of the bundle (~15k or so) + 10 + 3 = 28k per click, or 504k total. [21:59]
mircea_popescu: if we propose that i broke even on this craft (neglecting any \% i paid along the way, such as the 35\% i actually paid on the 54 hoes involved, worth a further 180k or so, or the \% value of the decayed toolkit etc) [22:00]
mircea_popescu: it then follows that 20 imp bps + 2 toolkit bps are somehow worth 500k. [22:01]
mircea_popescu: supposing the imp bps are worth 20k each and the toolkit bp 50k each, this actually washes! [22:01]
mircea_popescu: leaving 10k (from the bp) + 1k (from the \% surcharge on decay) + 10k (from the \% surcharge on tools/materials) unaccounted for in each click, of course. which i suppose could be said is "the value of experience" [22:08]
mircea_popescu: in which case the story looks like this : each click cost me 2.92 * 15 + 10 + 3 = 56.8k merchant value or ~76k actual value. [22:10]
mircea_popescu: in exchange i received 1 at 27.5k merchant value (38.5 real value at +40\%) + "a share of blueprints", merchanbt value ~12k, market value 28k (if we count imp bps at 200\% and toolkits at ~800\%) + "value of experience". [22:12]
danielpbarron: is this taking into account some sort of apprentice mcguyvering scheme that churns out a multitude of blueprints? [22:13]

mircea_popescu: 76 - 39.5 - 28 = 8.5, meaning that going by this craft, the "market cost" of 56.8k worth of experience is really 8.5k [22:14]
mircea_popescu: or in other words each point of experience is worth 14.9647887\% [22:14]

mircea_popescu: now i'm trying out a 9355 flotsam (merchant value 396) + 5613 sr (which i mined it, but sold one to electron and he wants 302 for it) [22:52]
mircea_popescu: the bundles come out q315, i make slag 199. i threw in 104 recipes q 101 too. there's no tool decay or anything [22:52]
mircea_popescu: im gonna make 1871 slag q 199 for a cost of 5399706, or 2886 per. [22:53]
mircea_popescu: merchant val of each actually is 1347. [22:54]
mircea_popescu: the overcraft in that 5.4mn is the 116 points in the bundle, or 1469333 total. [22:55]
mircea_popescu: means i should charge 2100 per slag, or +56\% to break even on the actual craft, and hope the blueprints i get somehow cover the 1.47mn overcrafted. [22:56]
