With a meaningful history and infinite landscapes to explore, active and service-providing NPCs, an Underworld included, a bot at hand to do the hard work for you while you literally sleep, plenty of known activities, items and skills as well as a whole set of never yet seen or even known notions to figure out, things to find and things to do, Eulora 2 opens up fully to public access - all you need to do is find your way to the starting page, install the client and get into the game.
From the vast and quiet emptiness of the Underworld, all players may emerge yet again to the bright light of the Euloran shores... or so sings the eternal hope on a Broken Lyre:
Currently there are no fees to join, nor even communications required from you at all - though this may certainly change in the future. Currently there is and there will always be simply the possibility offered to be part of the ever evolving euloran society as it strives to grow, discover and further build meaning and value for and through its players, in a New Frontier environment that allows you to make your own mark on it and actively rewards resourcefulness, ingenuity and self-direction.
To follow along the action in game as it happens, you don't even need to be connected or at your computer at all times. There are now public logs for the news and main chat rooms in the game, with full support for conversations to happen at the speakers' own pace and across any time zones. There is full support to reference and cite previous lines at any time so that context is easily provided, discussions can build on what has been discussed before 1. And there is in-game support to filter speakers too, if wanted.
With all the above entirely accessible now, it's really only up to you if and when you get involved and thus whether or how much you benefit at all from it. The game is here to stay, as its history amply shows and time waits indeed for noone, so the earlier you join, the more you can make of it for your own benefit.
This game is certainly one of a kind too, so it won't be like anything else that you can easily find otherwise, nor will it be like the latest trend that grows quickly and dies just as quickly afterwards as people move on to the next trend (and then the next one and next one and so on). It's been growing steadily and through a lot of adversity so it's proven in more ways than one and it follows its own path quite steadily, not viral but organic growth - is this a minus or a plus for you?
In short, Eulora 2 is currently fully open to any new players. The in-game action is healthily growing and there is absolutely no reason why it would ever need or have to stop - it can and will keep going, ever growing at its own sustainable and meaningful pace. The opportunity to be part of this growth is now here and the rest is entirely up to you - will you join and work to make something good for yourself out of it or will you wait and let it pass you by?
- And thus even basic scholarship habits are seamlessly and commonly acquired and used by all active participants, with benefits to everyone involved, not least of which better conversations and communication overall.[↩]
